A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, qualified banker with over 19 years experience from notable organizations like Ventures & Trusts Limited (V&T), and 21st Century Technologies. He has gained considerable experience in financial services and information technology and provides insight for Strategic Business Development, which he was responsible for at 21st Century Technologies. He has consulting experience in media entertainment and IT/communications projects during over 3 years in V&T where he handled Direct To Home (DTH), and Fiber Optics Communication projects while administering the local LAN.

Mr. Adebakin qualified as a chartered accountant in 1988, and completed the renowned Advanced Management Program (Amp) Of Lagos Business School, In 2003.

I’m a results-oriented AI and geospatial solutions executive with a passion for building ethical, intelligent systems that drive inclusive development and social impact. As Director of AI Solutions Delivery at Data Science Nigeria, I lead cross-functional teams in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning Engineering, MLOps, AI Product Design, and Geospatial Data Science to deliver transformative AI-powered solutions across sectors such as health, governance, agriculture, and economic inclusion. My work focuses on translating bold ideas into scalable digital innovations, managing the full lifecycle from concept to deployment. I coordinate stakeholder-driven design, oversee agile product delivery, and ensure our AI tools are contextually aligned, technically sound, and ethically responsible. I have led the development and deployment of AI planning platforms that support national health interventions, tools that assess government and organizational readiness for responsible AI deployment, and geospatial solutions that enhance service delivery, access to capital, and small business visibility. I also co-lead initiatives using LLMs to simplify governance through intelligent policy mining, and I support the development of AI-powered tools for climate-resilient agriculture.
